Our Policies

We are delighted to host you at our charming bed and breakfast. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and follow our house rules:
 

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is latest by 10:30am. If you require any flexibility, please let us know in advance.
 

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask guests to keep noise levels low between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
 

Pets on Request: Pets are allowed on request. Dogs over 30kg are subject to a €30 fee and a refundable €200 deposit to cover any possible damages.
 

Air-Conditioning & Energy Use: Air-conditioning is free to use (no coin meter). Please turn off air-conditioning, lights, and all appliances when leaving the room to help conserve energy.
 

Pool Rules: For safety reasons, diving is not permitted in the pool. Please note that pool areas are shared, and all guests are kindly asked to be respectful of each other’s space and enjoyment. Please also be mindful of pool hours and follow all posted guidelines.
 

Smoking Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not smoke inside the apartments. Smoking is permitted on your balcony (with doors closed) or in the garden and pool area. Please note that a €200 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.

Visitors: If you plan to have visitors, kindly inform us in advance. Overnight stays for unregistered guests are not allowed.
 

Sauna: Use of the sauna must be booked in advance so it can be switched on for your desired time.
 

Loss of Key: In the event of a lost key, a €40 replacement fee will apply.
 

Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights ensures a relaxed and refined experience. For the best rates and exclusive benefits, we invite you to book directly with us.
